How much is shipping?

We offer $10 flat rate shipping anywhere in NZ.

Do you have Afterpay?

Yes we do.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We use a 2-3 day service with either Post Haste or Castle Parcels. If you wish to have your order shipped overnight, please send us an email and we can provide you with a quote for overnight shipping. 

How can I track my order?

You will be provided your tracking number in an email once your order has been dispatched. Alternatively, enter your tracking number in NZ Couriers track and trace. If you do not receive your tracking number within 48hrs, please contact us directly.

How do I know when my order has been sent?

You will receive a " your order has been dispatched email" once it has been packed. Please allow 24hrs for your tracking details to update.

Do you ship to PO Box's

Unfortunately, our couriers do not deliver to PO Box's. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only deliver within NZ.
